Processing Time
All bentwood rings are handmade to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your order ships.

UK Shipping
We ship within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping
"We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-14 business days after dispatch. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes."

Tracking
All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your ring has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at Sazzled-Jewellery@outlook.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
